What is Ama Deus? | ||
Ama Deus is a form of energy healing somewhat similar to Reiki. A typical Ama Deus session would have you lie on a table, fully clothed with your shoes off, covered by a sheet or blanket. The Ama Deus practitioner will start with placing their hands near your head. After awhile, the practitioner may move to other parts of your body, or they may stay at your head. Ama Deus will clear, balance and energize you. A typical session lasts 45 minutes to one hour. After your session you will feel relaxed and energized. |
