Information Exchange: Introduction to Meditation Clint Stees will be speaking about Introduction to Meditation. The information which Clint will share is appropriate for beginners as well as those who wish to know more. Clint will also lead us in several short meditations. Medication is a great tool you can use to stay well, heal and feel more alive and whole. We are also using this Information Exhcange to gauge when to begin our monthly meditation evenings. Class to be held at Harford Acupuncture and Associates, 11 North Parke Street, Aberdeen, MD 21001.
