What is Meditation?
Meditation is a practice that helps you find the peace at the center of your being and strengthen your spirit. HA&A beginner meditation sessions use guided imagery to help you tune out your everyday world and thoughts, and let your mind relax and be calm. You will leave each session feeling more relaxed, peaceful and reenergized for your week ahead.
